GoPro beállítás és hibaelhárítás

A BoothStudio GoPro vezérlése helyi USB vagy GoPro Wi-Fi kapcsolaton működik. Internet nem kell az eseményen: a kamera vezérlése, rögzítés és letöltés a helyi kapcsolaton történik.

GoPro USB kapcsolat

USB a legstabilabb BoothStudio út. A GoPro helyi címe a sorozatszám utolsó három számjegyéből számítható.

  1. Csatlakoztasd a GoPrót USB-kábellel a Windows géphez.
  2. Kapcsold be a GoPrót, és várd meg, amíg a Windows hálózati eszközként is felismeri.
  3. A BoothStudio Camera Settings oldalon nyomd meg az Új GoPro hozzáadása gombot.
  4. Válaszd az USB opciót, írd be a sorozatszám utolsó három számjegyét, majd számítsd ki az USB-címet.
  5. Nyomj GoPro kapcsolat teszt gombot. Ha az akkumulátor százalék megjelenik, a kamera készen áll.

USB címséma: http://172.2X.1YZ.51:8080, ahol X/Y/Z a sorozatszám utolsó három számjegye.

GoPro Wi-Fi kapcsolat

Wi-Fi-n akkor használd, ha nincs stabil USB út. A Windows gépnek a GoPro saját Wi-Fi hálózatára kell csatlakoznia.

  • A GoPro helyi Wi-Fi címe: http://10.5.5.9:8080.
  • Automatikus Bluetooth párosításhoz Bluetooth LE adapter kell, de a BoothStudio USB útja Bluetooth nélkül is működik.
  • Ne fusson közben a GoPro Quik mobilapp, mert elveheti a kamera kapcsolatát.
  • Ha az EU-ban instabil az 5 GHz kapcsolat, próbáld a GoPro Wi-Fi Band beállítást 2.4 GHz-re váltani.

Megbízható esemény előtti checklist

Ajánlott modell

HERO11, HERO12 vagy HERO13. Régebbi modelleknél gyakoribbak a Bluetooth és Wi-Fi szakadások.

Firmware

Frissítsd a GoPro firmware-t még az esemény előtt, ne a helyszínen.

Távolság

Tartsd a GoPrót kb. 3 méteren belül a géphez, különösen Wi-Fi kapcsolatnál.

microSD

Használj GoPro-kompatibilis kártyát, és formázd a kamerában.

Ha a videó nem töltődik le

A GoPro rögzít, de a BoothStudio nem jut tovább

Ellenőrizd, hogy a GoPro nincs még feldolgozás vagy mentés alatt. Várj pár másodpercet, majd teszteld újra a kapcsolatot.

Lassú a letöltés

GoPro 10 vagy régebbi modellnél állítsd a Video Compression beállítást HEVC-re. Ez kisebb fájlt és gyorsabb letöltést ad.

Gyakran megszakad a kapcsolat

Használj USB-t, vagy Wi-Fi esetén próbálj külön Wi-Fi adaptert a GoProhoz, 2.4 GHz sávot, és zárd be a GoPro mobilappot.

Videó minőség és 360 spinner

  • Rázkódó 360 videónál kapcsold be a GoPro HyperSmooth High beállítást.
  • A BoothStudio auto-configure módja 1080p és a 360 timeline-hoz illő FPS beállítást kér a kamerától.
  • GoPro 12 fotó módban SuperPhoto helyett Standard output ajánlott, mert a SuperPhoto lassabban dolgozza fel a képet.

GoPro setup and troubleshooting

BoothStudio controls GoPro cameras over local USB or the GoPro Wi-Fi network. Internet is not required at the event: control, recording and downloads use the local camera connection.

GoPro USB connection

USB is the most stable BoothStudio path. The local GoPro address is derived from the last three digits of the serial number.

  1. Connect the GoPro to the Windows computer with a USB cable.
  2. Power on the GoPro and wait until Windows sees it as a network device.
  3. On the BoothStudio Camera Settings page, press Add New GoPro.
  4. Choose USB, enter the last three serial digits, then derive the USB address.
  5. Press Test GoPro connection. If the battery percentage appears, the camera is ready.

USB address format: http://172.2X.1YZ.51:8080, where X/Y/Z are the last three serial digits.

GoPro Wi-Fi connection

Use Wi-Fi when USB is not practical. The Windows computer must join the GoPro camera network.

  • The GoPro local Wi-Fi address is http://10.5.5.9:8080.
  • Automatic Bluetooth pairing needs Bluetooth LE, but BoothStudio USB mode still works without Bluetooth.
  • Do not run the GoPro Quik mobile app at the same time, because it can take over the camera connection.
  • In the EU, if 5 GHz is unreliable, try switching the GoPro Wi-Fi Band setting to 2.4 GHz.

Reliable event checklist

Recommended model

HERO11, HERO12 or HERO13. Older models have more random Bluetooth and Wi-Fi dropouts.

Firmware

Update GoPro firmware before the event, not on site.

Distance

Keep the GoPro within about 10 feet of the computer, especially on Wi-Fi.

microSD

Use a GoPro-compatible card and format it in the camera.

If videos do not download

The GoPro records but BoothStudio does not continue

Check that the GoPro is not still saving or processing. Wait a few seconds, then test the connection again.

Download speed is slow

For GoPro 10 or older, set Video Compression to HEVC. This creates smaller files and faster downloads.

The connection drops often

Use USB, or on Wi-Fi try a dedicated Wi-Fi adapter for the GoPro, 2.4 GHz band, and close the GoPro mobile app.

Video quality and 360 spinner

  • For shaky 360 footage, enable HyperSmooth High on the GoPro.
  • BoothStudio auto-configure asks the camera for 1080p and the FPS needed by the 360 timeline.
  • For GoPro 12 photo mode, use Standard output instead of SuperPhoto because SuperPhoto processing is slower.
