Mire való a Roamer mód?

A fotós a vendégek között mozoghat, miközben a BoothStudio-gép az aktív eseményt, a képfeldolgozást, a galériát és a megosztási folyamatot kezeli. A telefonos rögzítésnél nincs visszaszámlálás.

• Készíthetsz új képet közvetlenül a telefon kamerájával.
• Egyszerre több korábban elkészített képet is kiválaszthatsz a galériából.
• A sikeresen átadott képek ugyanabba az aktív eseménybe kerülnek, mint a booth felvételei.
• A BoothStudio a normál mentési, vízjel-, bélyegkép-, galéria- és felhőfolyamatot használja.

Bekapcsolás és csatlakozás

1. Nyisd meg a Windows BoothStudio Kamera beállítások oldalát.
2. Kapcsold be a Roamer módot.
3. Csatlakoztasd a telefont és a BoothStudio-gépet ugyanahhoz a privát Wi-Fi-hálózathoz vagy saját hotspothoz.
4. Olvasd be a megjelenő QR-kódot, vagy nyisd meg a telefonon a mellette látható hivatkozást.
5. Ellenőrizd a telefonos oldalon az esemény nevét, majd készíts egy próbafotót.

A Roamer mód munkaállomás-beállítás. Nincs az eseményhez vagy egy konkrét kamerához rögzítve, ezért ugyanaz az esemény másik gépen az ott csatlakoztatott eszközökkel működik.

Offline várólista és automatikus újrapróbálás

A telefon a kiválasztott fájlokat helyben várólistára teszi. Ha a kapcsolat rövid időre megszakad, a képek megmaradnak a telefon böngészőjében, és a lap automatikusan újrapróbálja az átadást.

• Ne töröld a böngésző webhelyadatait, amíg van függőben lévő kép.
• A telefonos oldalt később ugyanazzal a biztonságos hivatkozással újra megnyithatod.
• A függőben számláló nullára csökkenése jelzi, hogy minden kiválasztott fájlt átvett a BoothStudio.
• Az ismételt elküldés nem hoz létre második példányt ugyanabból a várólistás tételből.

Az online galériához és internetes megosztáshoz továbbra is internet szükséges, de a telefon és a BoothStudio-gép közötti helyi átadás saját Wi-Fi-n vagy hotspoton internet nélkül is működhet.

Biztonságos eseményhasználat

• Használj saját, jelszóval védett Wi-Fi-t vagy hotspotot, ha a helyszíni hálózat elkülöníti az eszközöket.
• A QR-kódot és a mobil hivatkozást csak a fotóssal oszd meg.
• Az esemény előtt próbálj ki legalább tíz egymás utáni fotót a tényleges telefonnal és hálózattal.
• A gyors átadáshoz JPG-fotó ajánlott.
• Az esemény végén várd meg, hogy a függőben számláló nulla legyen, majd kapcsold ki a Roamer módot.

What Roamer mode does

The photographer can move among guests while the BoothStudio workstation manages the active event, processing, gallery and delivery workflow. Phone capture has no countdown.

• Take a new photo directly with the phone camera.
• Select several existing photos from the phone gallery at once.
• Successfully transferred files enter the same active event as booth captures.
• BoothStudio uses its normal save, watermark, thumbnail, gallery and cloud pipeline.

Enable and connect

1. Open Camera Settings in BoothStudio for Windows.
2. Enable Roamer mode.
3. Connect the phone and BoothStudio computer to the same private Wi-Fi network or personal hotspot.
4. Scan the displayed QR code or open the link shown beside it.
5. Confirm the event name on the phone page and take a test photo.

Roamer mode is a workstation setting. It is not tied to an event or a specific camera, so the same event can run on another computer with the equipment connected there.

Offline queue and automatic retry

The phone keeps selected files in a local queue. If the connection drops briefly, the images remain in the phone browser and the page automatically retries the transfer.

• Do not clear browser site data while files are pending.
• Reopen the phone page later with the same secure link.
• A pending count of zero confirms BoothStudio received every selected file.
• Retrying the same queued item does not create a second capture.

The online gallery and internet delivery still require internet access, but local transfer between the phone and workstation can work without internet over your own Wi-Fi or hotspot.

Safe event operation

• Use a password-protected private Wi-Fi network or hotspot when venue Wi-Fi isolates devices.
• Share the QR code and mobile link only with the photographer.
• Before the event, transfer at least ten consecutive photos using the actual phone and network.
• JPG is recommended for fast transfer.
• At the end, wait until Pending reaches zero, then disable Roamer mode.
